Professional and experienced independent analysis is part of quality control, audit and review processes.
- You supply evidence to report compliance and a culture of protection.
- One of our team visits your organisation and interviews nominated employees and volunteers.
- The data and processes are mapped to identify strengths, opportunities and high-risk areas
- Recommendations are based on the evidence gathered, benchmarked to the legislative requirements and system that have proven to be effective. Recommendations are action focused and can be used to project manage changes if necessary.
The audit/evaluation is a great place to start. The findings provide a base level for future improvements. Then we can support you in achieving best practice and a protective culture.
